A company had its workforce spread pan India. The absence of physical connect was badly felt. The company wanted to conduct an activity where there was an all-round participation, which would bring energy to the company & could connect people who were otherwise disconnected. The company wanted the event to be conducted over two days on weekend.
Heterogeneous teams formed each with 20 members. Each team had a team leader.
Team-leaders responsible to educate & motivate teams.
Entire group to cover distance equal to “Gateway of India-to-India Gate” for special prize.
Distance covered over 100k by each team will used as basis for CSR contribution on behalf of the team.
